It's almost here: from 22 January to 1 February, during The National Read Aloud Days, things will be extra festive at the library! There will be all kinds of activities in our branches, take a look at the list below. All activities are free, but please register in advance at www.bibliotheekdommeldal.nl/activiteiten. We look forward to seeing you and your little one(s) and of course their brothers and sisters at this reading aloud party in Dommeldal Library.

During The National Reading Days, a Read-Aloud Party will be organised in the library. Enjoy the story Rinus while enjoying a drink, piece of fruit and/or a snack. Will we see you too? See you then! Participation is free, after registering via www.bibliotheekdommeldal.nl/activiteiten.
Picture Book of the Year 2025: Rinus
Grandpa used to be a very wild rhinoceros. And he was strong, really strong. He could lift a hundred tree trunks at a time. But now grandpa is old. He prefers to doze off in the shade all day. Today he is looking after Rinus. And he especially wants to play and romp!
