On Monday, March 31, Leende will again be under the sign of Lind Mert. This half Lent market has been organized since 1657, the day after half Lent Sunday.
What once began as a cattle market has grown into a pleasant day full of activities for young and old.
The local hospitality industry provides the musical entertainment, where you can also enjoy a snack and drink in between. When the weather is nice, the terraces are set up spaciously and it remains very cozy until after sunset.
At the market itself you will find over 40 stallholders with local products, such as the brokmop, but also jewelry, clothing, flower arrangements, gift items and many many other products.
In addition, Jong Nederland also organizes their annual flea market, which is the "traditional opening" of Lind Mert at 10:00 am.
It promises to be another day full of fun!
