Contribute to nature at Schoorsveld
At nature cemetery Schoorsveld, we bring back original nature, matching the nature in the region, such as the Strabrechtse Heide and the area around the Sterkselse Aa. This way, the cultural-historical landscape of Schoorsveld can flourish again. Meanwhile, this piece of Brabant nature is a treasured place for many people. A nature area that is home to many animals and plants and where nature gets space to develop further.
Roll up your sleeves together
During the nature working day, we like to roll up our sleeves together with you. Everyone is welcome to come and help. We would love to! We welcome you in the morning with coffee and tea. The nature manager will explain what nature management on Schoorsveld entails and then we will work together in nature. This ranges from light work , medium work to heavier work.
The nature managers take you into the area to work in groups. All the tools needed are provided. Do you have your own work gloves? Feel free to bring them along.
In between, we will of course provide a cup of coffee or tea. At the end of the morning, after the hard work, we close with a communal lunch. In between, there will be plenty of space for meeting and sharing stories.
