Coop Sint Jan: a nostalgic grocery store in a modern jacket. The store was founded in 1916 by the inhabitants of Leenderstrijp with the aim of funding their own elementary school. Today, Coop Sint Jan is a lively, contemporary store for residents and recreationists alike. You can go there for artisan bread, fresh local products, flowers and original gifts, such as the delicious 'Streejpse vlaoi'!
Coop Sint Jan is an ideal starting or resting point for a lovely bike ride or walk through the Leenderbos. There is ample (free) parking. Buy a nice packed lunch in the store and you'll have a wonderful day.
