Atelier Gallery Kempro
Atelier Gallery Kempro is one of Kempenhaeghe's day care locations. Every day in the studio creative people work on art and design objects. Professionals guide and professionalize this creative process so that individuality and quality remains guaranteed.
The adjacent gallery is primarily intended as a sales outlet for the ceramic objects, graphics, drawings, paintings and unique handmade paper produced in the studio. But of course also as a source of inspiration for the studio staff. Every two months a new exhibition can be seen in the gallery of Kempro, without distinguishing between disability and non-disability.
Action Paragliding
A paraglider or paraglider is a lightweight high-tech glider, a flexible wing, that when folded easily fits into a backpack. You begin training with an explanation of basic principles and the equipment you will be flying with. In practice, you will learn to prepare the equipment, start the display, steer and land. You will then have a training flight with an instructor on a 2-person tandem paraglider. The profile of the wing allows you, under the right conditions and with the right experience, to float for hours. After a final briefing, you will take your first solo flight. You will be guided by an instructor via radio. Eventually, with several solo flights, you will build up your own flying experience and learn to fly independently, aimed at obtaining your pilot's license.
Sheepfold De Plaetse
Adjacent to the Strabrechtse Heide you will find sheepfold De Plaetse. This is the regular home of a flock of over 350 Kempen heath sheep, which graze on the heathlands of Brabant. The flock can be admired almost all year round during a walking or cycling tour of the Strabrechtse Heide.
Gnome trail the Strabrechtse Heide
Did you know that gnomes live on the Strabrechtse Heide? At least, that's what the forester thinks, because you see gnome tracks everywhere. Little footprints in the sand, wheel tracks from a wheelbarrow, crushed grass from an afternoon nap. And you also see the occasional gnome dropping. Really! If you walk the gnome trail you will find out.
At HeideCafé De Strabrechtse Heide there is a knapsack filled with goodies waiting for you. With a pointed hat on and your cheeks painted red, you walk the route together with your parents. Along the way you will listen to a story from the gnome book and do gnome tasks. See that wooden gnome standing outside? He'll show you the way. Have fun!
Trailrun Strabrechtse Heide
This trail run goes over the Strabrechtse Heide. A substantial workout with a strong number of single tracks make this the ultimate endurance training. A gpx file guides you through this beautiful moorland in nature reserve Heeze-Leende. On a desktop or laptop download the gpx file by right-clicking on the download button and save it.

Walking stick making on the Strabrechtse Heide
Creative activity for schools and bsos on the Strabrecht heath. The heath guides have colorful materials ready to make their own walking stick. For their unique walking stick the children can look for things themselves in nature or on the heath. Also fun for a children's party!
Upside down on the Strabrechtse Heide

Upside down on the Heath is an adventurous discovery tour at Staatsbosbeheer where you use all your senses. Fun for the whole family or to do with your class!
